Clarence “Sonnie” Kutzer, 89, of Fairmount, ND, passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Park Gardens Senior Living Center in Fergus Falls, MN. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by his memorial service at 11:00 am at Vertin-Munson Funeral Home, Wahpeton, ND.
