The North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters released their weekly polls for North Dakota high school football on Monday.

In Class AA, Bismark St. Mary’s picked up 11 of the 16 first-place votes to take the top spot in the first poll of the season. Beulah was second, Hillsboro-Central Valley third, Kindred fourth and Valley City fifth.

Wahpeton did receive votes in the first AA poll of the season.

In Class AAA, four different teams received first-place votes. Bismarck Century had 12 for first place. Bismarck High was second, West Fargo Sheyenne third, Fargo Shanley fourth and Fargo Davies fifth.
