We Care Coalition of Breckenridge and Wilkin County presents the movie “Suicide, The Ripple Effect” on Sunday, December 8th at the Wahpeton Community Center. The film chronicles the story of Kevin Hines who attempted to take his life by jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge. A free meal will be served at 5:00pm with film viewing at 6:00.
