storage or accumulation of trash, rubbish, junk, etc. contrary to public health and safety. To
maintain the public health and safety of our community please ensure to maintain your property.
Please note that non-compliance may result in fines, fees, or criminal penalties.
If you have any of the following in your yard, now is the time to clean it up:
1) Accumulation of debris
2) Accumulation of building materials
3) Inoperable/unlicensed vehicles
The Wahpeton Police Department will be inspecting yards and sending out letters for clean-up.
