The Minot Majette girls and Century Patriot boys, for the 11th time in as many rankings, are number one in the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters & Sportswriters Association AA basketball polls, the latest of which were released Monday.

Minot, led by two-time Gatorade Player of the Year and 27-point-a-game scorer Leelee Bell, is 16-0.  The Majettes will play at Jamestown Tuesday and host crosstown rival Minot North on Friday.

Century, the 2025 AA boys champions, are also 16-0 and have won 31 straight games.  This week, the Patriots will play at Minot North Tuesday and at Legacy on Friday.

One team has returned for the first time in many weeks to the boys poll.  West Fargo is number five.  The Packers were ranked fifth in the preseason poll, but dropped out until this latest ranking.
