Aidan Sanchez led the way with 21 points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals. The junior knocked down 3 of 6 attempts from three-point land and made all eight of his free throws.
Cooper Roberts posted a double-double in the Cowboys fourth consecutive win, tallying 17 points and 13 rebounds.
