Charles “Chuck” Springer, age 70, of Wahpeton, (formerly of Wyndmere), passed away on Thursday, September 8, at St. Catherine’s Living Center, Wahpeton. Time for visitation will take place from 3:00-5:00 pm on Sunday, September 11, at Vertin-Munson Funeral Home in Wahpeton, with a celebration of life service beginning at 5:00 pm.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Joseph-Vertin and Sons Funeral Home in Breckenridge.
