Breckenridge came out in the opening minutes of their battle with Moorhead playing right with the Spuds, but a 23-0 run by MHS keyed their 70-33 victory over the Cowboys. The game was the first in Moorhead’s Holiday Tournament on Tuesday.

Sophomore sniper Dylan Zimmerman cashed in four triples on his way to a game-high 23 points for Moorhead. He was joined in double figures by big man Adam Jenkins with 12.

Jack Johnson was the leading scorer for BHS in the loss, cashing in multiple crafty finishes in a 14-point effort.
