City Matters-Chris DeVries, Darci Huwe

Wahpeton Community Development Director Chris DeVries and Wahpeton City Finanace director Darci Huwe stopped by on Tuesday to join us for City Matters brought to you by Moore Engineering.

Huwe was up first and talked about how the city budget process works and where the city is at this time while DeVries ran through what happened at Wahpeton City Council Meeting on Monday.
