LaMoure-Litchville-Marion reached the top spot in the N.D. AP Sportscasters and Sportswriters final 9-man poll of the season on Wednesday.
The Lobos edged Cavalier for the top spot with nine of the 18 first-place votes.
Also from Region 1, May-Port-CG is No. 5 and Wyndmere-Lidgerwood received votes.
Kidder County was third with Grand County fourth.
The N.D. 9-man football plays begin Saturday with Wyndmere-Lidgerwood at North Border and Tri-State at Cavalier.
