Breckenridge-Wahpeton’s Rachel Gowin and Aiden Ruddy each won individual titles at the B-W Triangular cross-country meet Thursday at the Bois de Sioux Golf Course in Breckenridge.
Gowin ran a time
of 21 minutes, 22 seconds on the 5-kilometer course to hold off Faith Fisher of Otter Tail Central for the girls win.
Emily Gowin was third on the girls side at 21:35 with Gabby Baumgardner fifth in 22:01, Madison Rabbithead ninth in 22:26 and Hailee Bruce 12th in 22:51.
Ruddy ran a time of 17:30 over the 5-K race with Logan Mammenga fourth overall at 18:51, Luke Baumgardner seventh in 18:57, Junior Perez eighth at 19:00 and Gus Laasch 10th at 19:26.
