Officials from Carrington and Foster County joined KDAK Tuesday morning for their weekly brieifing regarding efforts to combat the spread of COVID-19 locally. Hear from CHI St. Alexius’s Jodi Hovdenes, Mayor Tom Erdmann and Commissioner David Utke. We will have a briefing each Tuesday at approximately 8:40 AM on the Cardinal.
