10/29/19 – Sheriff Chad Kaiser – Prohibited Reservoir Activities

Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser was on the show to talk about the announced restrictions on both Pipestem and Jamestown Reservoir this winter. Because of ongoing releases all winter, ice will not form properly this winter. Sheriff Kaiser says all activities on the ice will be prohibited for the safety of emergency personnel and the public.
