A Wahpeton man faces multiple charges, including felony possession of a silencer, after a late-night traffic stop in Fargo led to the discovery of a homemade weapon suppressor, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Quincy Jerron Morey, 20, of Wahpeton was arrested in the early morning hours of Sunday, May 10, after an officer observed his pickup truck run a red light at the intersection of 11th Avenue North and University Drive North. The truck also struck a curb in the 1100 block of 14th Street North before being pulled over in the 1400 block of 12th Avenue North.
