Breckenridge football celebrated two of its graduating players Friday, as Henry Slettedahl and Lawson Oliphant signed to play college football at North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton.
Slettedahl, a two-way force this year on the offensive and defensive line, earned Defensive Most Valuable Player honors for the Cowboys in 2025. He served as a key blocker for a Breckenridge offense that combined for over 3,000 yards rushing.
Oliphant, a versatile defensive back/kick returner/tailback, showcased great ball skills in the secondary and returned a kick to the house. He was a key part of Breckenridge’s backfield depth, special teams dominance and tackling on the edge.
NDSCS is coming off a national runner-up season in NJCAA Division III Football.
