Wildcats beat Bluejays in battle of ranked teams

The No. 2-ranked North Dakota State College of Science football team secured a ranked win over No. 4 Minnesota West on the road Saturday, 38-20.

The Wildcats trailed 20-14 at the break before dominating the second half by possessing the football for nearly 24 minutes. The NDSCS ground attack wore down the Bluejays defense and kept the offense parked on the sideline.

Tellise Clark Jr. ran wild with 233 yards rushing and four touchdowns.

Minnesota West turned the ball over a whopping eight times, including a 70-yard fumble return for a touchdown by Landan Reaves.

NDSCS improved to 3-0 while handing Minnesota West its first loss of the year.
