Former Twin Town basketball standouts Jordyn Kahler and Noah Christensen helped the Concordia Cobbers to a program sweep of St. Olaf on Wednesday in Moorhead.
Kahler, a senior guard from Wahpeton, played 23 minutes in the Cobber women’s 69-63 overtime victory. In addition to her tremendous on-ball defense, Kahler added three points, three rebounds, two steals and a team-high four assists.
Christensen, a senior forward from Breckenridge, logged 17 minutes in the Cobber men’s 81-56 win. Christensen did not find the scoring column, however, the 6-foot-10 post contributed five rebounds, three assists and one block while consistently getting the Cobbers into their offensive sets with high-post action.
