The Wahpeton basketball programs split a road doubleheader in Valley City with the Lady Huskies falling to the Hi-Liners 63-39 and the Wahpeton boys taking home a 70-44 victory Tuesday.
Four Huskies hit double figures in the balanced attack. Jack Gilbertson led the way with 18, Brayden Steffens got 17, Bjorn Kubela poured in 14 and Landon Ralph finished with 10.
The Lady Huskies (5-10) host Lisbon at 7:30 p.m. Monday.
The Wahp boys (6-6) also host Lisbon, but their matchup is at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
