A transfer substation fire was reported to Wyndmere Fire Department around 7:00 Sunday night. The substation is located two miles south of Wyndmere. 911 dispatch sent an Everbridge message to Wyndmere residents asking them to conserve water as power had to be shut down for a few hours to bring the fire under control. Ottertail Power arrived on scene and power was restored around 12:45 Monday morning.
