Breckenridge’s volleyball team took down Henning 3-1 on the road Tuesday night. The Cowgirls opened with a 25-8 beatdown, fell to the Hornets 22-25 in the second set and closed it out with wins of 25-17 and 25-14.
Sydni Roberts set the tone for offensively and defensively for Breckenridge, leading the team with 14 kills and 25 digs.
Kaitlyn Kaehler followed with a dozen kills and her big day also included a team-high three aces and three blocks (two assists, one solo).
Parker Yaggie had a strong day at setter with 26 assists and Kolle Schuler followed with 14.
The Cowgirls (9-1) are back in action with a 7:30 p.m. home match against Park Rapids Area.
