In preparation for the upcoming snow event starting March 21st through March 26th the Wahpeton Police Department is asking citizens to remove all vehicles and trailers from city streets. It is anticipated that City plows and snow removal equipment will be utilized during this snow event. Snow removal parking ordinance 42-575 remains in effect. Wahpeton Police will be issuing warning tickets tonight (Wednesday) and resume issuing parking tickets tomorrow (Thursday) through the duration of the snow event.
