The Breckenridge-Wahpeton Bolts swim team was represented well at the North Dakota 10-under state swim meet this past weekend.

Our 8 under girls relay improved both the freestyle and medley relays by over five seconds, bringing home sixth place medals in each of those events. The girls each had 1-4 individual events as well. Evie Beyer, 7, made it into the top 16 with a six-second time drop in the 50 freestyle, placing 16th. Inga Dohman held her qualifying times in 25 freestyle, 50 freestyle and 50 backstroke, while dropping her time in 25 breaststroke. Kialie Brevik improved a little in 25 freestyle. Macy Selstedt also competed in 25 and 50 freestyle.

The team continues to train with the focus now on the 11-over state meet March 15-17.
