MINNEAPOLIS — The Concordia men and women swept Augsburg University in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader Saturday, Feb. 10. The Cobber women cruised to a 90-69 win, while the men grinded out a 75-67 victory.

Former Wahpeton Lady Huskies standout Jordyn Kahler scored eight points, as the Cobber women placed all 14 players in the scoring column. Kahler, 5-foot-7 senior guard, shot 2 of 3 from three-point land, adding two rebounds and a steal to her box score.

The Cobber women (16-4, 15-2 MIAC) were led by Makayla Anderson (19 pts) and Emily Beseman (12 pts).

Noah Christensen, former Breckenridge and North Dakota State College of Science alumnus, ripped down a season-best 12 rebounds in the nightcap. Seven of those boards came on the offensive glass. The 6-foot-10 junior added four points, two assists and one steal.

The Cobber men (14-9, 10-8 MIAC) were led by Jacob Cook (18 pts, 12 reb), Matt Johnson (17 pts), Jackson Loge (15 pts, 8 reb) and Rowan Nelson (12 pts, 6 reb).
