The Breckenridge Cowboys had the lead down to three points in the second half of their Thursday home game against Frazee, but the Hornets took over and pulled away for a 55-38 victory over the Cowboys. 

Jacob Kunkel led Breck with 13 and Aidan Sanchez scored nine of his 11 points in the second half. 

Alexander Helmers scored a game-high 23 points to help the Hornets sweep the season series. 

The Cowboys head to Barnesville for a 7:30 p.m. Tuesday game.
