(ND Ag Connection) – North Dakota State University (NDSU) Extension invites farmers and crop advisers to a critical webinar focused on dry bean production. Scheduled for Tuesday, January 30, at 8:30 a.m., this virtual event is a must-attend for those seeking research-backed guidance for the 2024 growing season.

Organized in collaboration with the Northarvest Bean Growers Association, the webinar will be held exclusively online via Zoom. Greg Endres, an Extension cropping systems specialist, emphasizes the webinar’s role in equipping participants with the latest research updates and production recommendations.

The session will feature NDSU crop specialists and scientists who will delve into crucial topics. These include variety selection, plant establishment, soil management, plant nutrition, and strategies for weed and disease management. Insights into current market trends will also be a significant focus.
