Janice Fay Manning, 84, of Wahpeton, North Dakota, passed away Friday, December 29, 2023, at St. Gerard’s Community of Care in Hankinson, ND, under the care of CHI Health at Home Hospice. Her funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at United Church of Christ in Wahpeton. There will be a visitation one hour prior. Pastor Ken Adams will officiate.
