(ND Ag Connection) – The Alerus Center in Grand Forks is gearing up for a bustling event on Nov. 3-4 as the Pride of Dakota Showcase makes its return. According to Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring, attendees can anticipate a plethora of unique items all crafted in North Dakota. These range from gourmet food, spirits, books, clothing, to artistic creations and even children’s products.

For those interested in shopping or just browsing, the doors will be open from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. There’s good news for attendees: both admission and shopping bags are on the house, courtesy of the Bank of North Dakota College SAVE Plan. Parking, too, is free, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Goehring emphasized the benefits for retail stores to sample products before considering bulk orders. Participating can also pave the way for forging meaningful business partnerships, mutually benefiting both vendors and retailers.

For a smooth entry to the event, visitors should use the southwest entrance 1 leading to the Alerus Center arena. A comprehensive list of all companies that will be showcasing their products is available on the Pride of Dakota website.
