The Wahpeton Lady Huskies golf team opened their season in Valley City, finishing fifth out of the 11 EDC teams. 

Halle Miller had the best score for Wahpeton with 89 and Olivia Hansen was right behind her with 90. 

London Nordick finished with 92, Ella Graves shot 102, Claire Langenwalter had 103 on the day and Scout Woods rounded out the competitors with 105.

The Huskies have a meet in Jamestown starting at noon Monday.
