Judy L. Petersen, of Wahpeton and formerly of Breckenridge, passed away surrounded by her loving family at her home on Friday, August 11, 2023.
A celebration of Judy’s life will be held at Joseph Vertin and Sons Funeral Home from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2023, with a time of sharing to begin at 3:00 p.m.
