Wahpeton Post 20 improved their winning streak to three years in a row in the annual Fourth of July game against Breckenridge Post 53, besting their Twin Town rivals 11-1 in six innings.

Gavin Schroeder had a solo homer in a 2-3 outing. He ended the day with a pair of RBIs and two runs.

Caden Kappes delivered the walk-off RBI single to end the game and Jackson Fliflet was 1-1 with an RBI and a run.

Cam Nieto drove in Breckenridge’s lone run with an RBI double to score Dallen Ernst.

Next up for Wahpeton is a home doubleheader on Friday against the Fargo Bombers and Breckenridge heads to Morris for a game Thursday.
