A local Breckenridge woman is dead after a crash on I-94 on the Red River Bridge in Moorhead on Sunday afternoon. Authorities say the crash happened around 11:30 a.m. on the bridge and involved two vehicles. 21 year old Shalie Lipp of Breckenridge died in the crash. She was an MMA fighter who was working on her next competition on Saturday, may 20th in Detroit Lakes Minnesota.
