The Breckenridge Cowgirls wrapped up their regular season with a 60-46 win on the road against the Crookston Pirates on Friday.
The freshman one-two punch of Parker Yaggie and Johnica Bernotas showed out once again, pouring in 19 and 15 points, respectively.
Yaggie had a team-high four steals while Bernotas dished out four assists to lead the Cowgirls.
Breckenridge opens the Section 6A Tournament on their home floor at 7 p.m. Thursday. They play the winner of sixth-seeded Fergus Falls Hillcrest Lutheran Academy and 11th-seeded Battle Lake.
