Breckenridge took a 44-31 lead into halftime of their Monday road game against Park Christian but couldn’t hang on to the lead as the Falcons stormed back to claim a 73-66 win. Park Christian outscored the Cowboys 42-22 after halftime.

Landon Blaufuss had a monster first half with 19 points heading into the locker room. He picked up two quick fouls to start the second period and spent a bulk of the half on the bench in a 20-point performance. He also had 13 rebounds with six of them coming on the offensive end.

Cam Nieto had a dozen points and three steals for the Cowboys and Jacob Kunkel scored all 10 of his points in the first half.

The Cowboys are 2-13 and head to Hawley for a 7:30 p.m. Friday game against the Nuggets.
