The Wahpeton girls basketball took control of their game in the second half for a 50-38 home win over Grand Forks Central on Tuesday.

McKena Koolmo led the Huskies with 15 points on the night.

Scout Woods scored 11 of her 13 points in the second half and Halle Miller was also in double figures with a dozen.

The 3-0 Huskies are off for 10 days and host Devils Lake at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 30.
