A Wahpeton couple suffered non-life threatening injuries after hitting a cow on Highway 2 northwest of Devils Lake Tuesday night. 

 The couple was traveling east on Highway 2 when they hit the cow the North Dakota Highway Patrol said yesterday.

The driver, a 60-year-old man, and his passenger, a 59-year-old woman, were both taken to CHI St. Alexius Hospital in Devils Lake. The cow was killed in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
