On October 24 at approximately 10:55 am, the Richland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an injury crash between two vehicles in the eastbound lanes of Highway 13 at approximately 2 and a half miles east of interstate 29.

A 2005 black Ford F-350 driven by a 26 year old male from Wahpeton was eastbound and was attempting to turn North into a farm yard when he was hit from behind by a 2015 white Ram pickup driven by a 33 year old male from Mooreton, ND.

Both drivers were taken to area hospitals with minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation by the Richland County Sherriff’s Office.

Also assisting at the scene was the Breckenridge Ambulance, Mooreton Fire Department and Richland County Emergency Management.
