Effective on Tuesday, November 1st, The City of Wahpeton ordinances prohibit parking on the public streets till April 1st, 2023. Parking is prohibited between the hours of 2:00am till 6:0am. Wahpeton Police will issue citations to vehicles found to be in violation of the snow removal ordinance. Vehicles which impede or prevent snow or ice control equipment from proceeding nay be tagged and towed.
