On September, 28th, the Contractor on Loy Avenue and 12th Street North Reconstruction Project will be closing 14th Avenue North at Loy Avenue. The contractor will also be closing 14th Avenue at 12th Street North on September 28th. These closures are needed to install underground utilities across 14th Avenue.

The street closure at 14th Avenue North, and Loy Avenue will be opened to traffic by Friday September 30. The street closure at 14th Avenue North and 12th street is anticipated to be opened to traffic Friday, October 7th.

Residents living along 14th Avenue North  between Loy Avenue and 12th Street will need to use 14th Street North for access to their homes from September 28th to September 30th. Travelers advised to use caution through the work zone and use alternate routes if possible.
