Starting Monday; July 25th the contractor on the East Side Sanitary Sewer Project
Phase B Part 2 Project will be grinding the bituminous pavement on 1st Street North from 5thAvenue to 7th Avenue. They will also grind the bituminous pavement on 2nd Street North
between 6th and 8th Avenue. After the bituminous pavement is ground it will be left in place
and the street will be opened to traffic. Traffic control signage will be installed to route traffic
around the work area.
