The 3rd Annual Headwaters Music Festival kicks off on July 21st at Chahinkapa Park Band Shelter and runs through July 24th. Over ten local and regional music acts will be performing along with a “Senior Moment” event featuring Steve Worner at the Wahpeton Community Center on Friday. Bands will be performing at the Chahinkapa Park Band Shelter, Dakota Avenue and 4th Street, Minnesota Avenue and 2nd Street and Welle’s Memorial Park in Breckenridge. All music events are free and open to the public.
