Twin Towns gearing up for Chalkfest

Borderline Chalkfest is coming to Wahpeton-Breckenridge on Saturday, July 9th and Sunday, July 10th. This event will consist of quality 3D chalk art as well as food and plenty of family fun! Admission and participation is free.
