Wahpeton is one of the cities that will benefit from Gate City Bank’s work to revitalize mature neighborhoods, helping local homeowners make repairs and improvements with a low interest rate from April 15 through Oct. 31.

The bank’s home improvement programs range from patio additions and new garages along with safety repairs like furnace replacements and accessibility improvements. The funds could also be used to address code and structural corrections, energy improvements and general property repairs.

This initiative by Gate City Bank has been benefiting local communities since 2003. Along with Wahpeton, a total of $12 million have been allocated to programs in Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, Fergus Falls, Sauk Rapids and Grand Forks.
