The Breckenridge High School Gaming Club had their first ever Rocket League Tournament on Saturday.
The tournament consisted of three teams. The teams played a round robin format with Bot Squad and Bronze Squad advancing to the title round. The Bot Squad came out on top to win the tournament with a 2-1 win in a three-game series.
The Big Boys fell short of the championship round.
The BHS Gaming Club plans to have other competitions and hopes to make the Rocket League Tournament an annual competition. The first tournament was spearheaded by student and club member Carter Erickson in coordination with his teacher Mr. Derek Grahn.
