On April 5, at approximately 7:34, the Lidgerwood Fire Department, was called to a possible structure fire at 24 1st Avenue SE in Lidgerwood. Upon arrival there was fire located on the second level of the residence.
There were 5 people home at the time the fire started. The fire appears to have been contained to the second story of the residence. No injuries were reported.
Responding to the scene were Lidgerwood Fire Department, Lidgerwood Ambulance. Richland County Sheriff’s Office and Richland County Emergency Management.
The fire is under investigation by the Lidgerwood Fire Department.
