LilyBeth Townsend, a senior at Fairmount High School is the winner of the DAR Dacotah Chapter’s 2021 Good Citizenship Award. She is also the North Dakota State Winner of the Good Citizen Scholarship. She was one of eight local high school students nominated by their schools to participate. The North Dakota State Society Daughters of the American Revolution will present monetary awards and certificates to Townsend at the Annual State Conference to be held May14th, 2022.
