Richland County Health Department and NDSU Extension Richland County are partnering to offer a Weigh to Change class at Essentia Health in Wahpeton beginning March 23, 2022. This is a great opportunity to learn about choices you can make to reduce your risk of type II diabetes. This class is free and open to anyone 18 years of age and older with a risk of pre-diabetes.
