A man is recovering and a woman has been arrested after a stabbing yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon at 829 Center Street South in Wahpeton. According to Richland County authorities, the man was stabbed in the back around 4:30 pm at the apartment complex. The woman was arrested for reckless endangerment. Her name and the victims name have not been released. The man refused to be taken to the local hospital and was bandaged at the scene.
