The North Dakota State College of Science basketball teams advanced to the Region XIII Championship with wins on Sunday on their home floor.
The Wildcat women took a 20-point lead into halftime on their way to a 76-60 victory over Dawson Community College.
Arthel Massaquoi was the top performer for NDSCS in the win with a team-high 19 points to go along with eight rebounds.
The Lady Wildcats are 28-2 entering the title round.
The Wildcat men followed up the women’s win with an 87-77 win over Bismarck State College.
Five NDSCS players hit double figures in the semifinal matchup with Khari Broadway leading the way with 23.
The Wildcat men improved to 30-1 with the win.
Both of the championship games will air on B92.7 tonight with the women playing at 5:30 p.m. against Williston State College and the men following at 7:30 p.m. against Dawson Community College.
