The Breckenridge Cowboys edged a 50-49 thriller home win over Minnewaska Area on Tuesday.
Jack Johnson scored nearly half of his team’s points with 23, including a pair of clutch free throws down the stretch. Dylan Bernotas came through for a dozen in the Breckenridge victory.
The 3-14 Cowboys have won two of their last three games and are on the road for a 7:30 p.m. Thursday game against the Barnesville Trojans.
