The Wahpeton Lady Huskies picked up their first lopsided win on Monday with a 53-26 road victory over Fargo North. The Spartans were held to eight points in the second half in a dominant defensive showing by the Huskies.
It was the 100th win for Head Coach Brian Watson in Wahpeton.
McKena Koolmo and Scout Woods had 11 points apiece to pace the Huskies. Eight Huskies got in the scoring column in the balanced victory.
Next up for Wahpeton is a Thursday home battle with West Fargo Sheyenne.
